How Training Is Offered
2025-2026
The approach to teaching, learning, training, and doing is an application thoughtfully organized into five essential steps. This structure is designed to provide a comprehensive and engaging educational experience that fosters personal reflection, active participation, and ongoing growth within each student's chosen area of study.
Step 1: Check-In / Opening
At the start of each week, specifically on Mondays, students participate in a check-in process where they select their preferred studies. This initial step empowers each participant to customize their educational journey, aligning their learning experience with their individual interests and unique spiritual path.
Step 2: Warm-Up
The warm-up phase centers on reflective journaling. Students are encouraged to maintain personal journals, documenting their ongoing journey of salvation. This reflective process begins with their decision to receive Jesus as Savior and continues through key stages such as justification, sanctification, manifestation, and ministration. Additionally, students consider elements of their calling, the process of spiritual growth, and their separation into ministry.
Journaling may further explore significant biblical journeys, including those of Israel, Abraham, and Lot. By connecting on-hand experiences to foundational scriptural narratives, students gain deeper insight into their spiritual development.
Step 3: Class Work
During class sessions, students participate in structured activities and discussions that relate directly to their studies. This collaborative environment supports a richer understanding and more effective application of the principles and practices being taught.
Step 4: Homework
Any class work that is not completed during the session is assigned as homework. This allows every student to actively use what they have learned and supports their growth beyond class.
Step 5: Closing-Remarks
At the conclusion of each session, closing remarks are shared to reflect on the day's teaching training, doing to set a tone for ongoing development in spirit, soul, and body.

(Calling, Process, Separation unto your Ministry )
Calling, Process, and Separation unto Your Ministry
The journey toward ministry begins with a distinct calling. This initial call marks the moment when an individual becomes aware of a purpose or mission meant specifically for them. Recognizing this calling is essential, as it sets the foundation for the path ahead.
Following the calling, there is a process that unfolds. This process involves a series of steps, experiences, and periods of preparation. Throughout this time, individuals develop their character, grow knowledge, and gather the necessary skills required for their ministry. The process is not always straightforward and may include challenges, learning opportunities, and moments of reflection.
Ultimately, this journey leads to a separation unto ministry. Separation refers to the act of dedicating oneself fully to the calling, setting aside distractions and focusing on the responsibilities and commitments unique to the ministry. This separation is both an internal and external shift, signifying a readiness to serve and fulfill the purpose that has been revealed.
