Mission
Dr. Donna M. Tinch is the CEO and Founder of two wonderful, and powerful Holy Ghost spirit filled dynamic ministries: (1) Divine Connections International End Time Ministries, in the State of Virginia, established on August 28th, 1995, in Petersburg, Virginia; (2) United Training Ministries, in the State of Maryland, established on July 17, 2006. Dr. Tinch was born in Washington, DC, where she was raised and educated in the Maryland Public School System and attended local and state Colleges.
