Dreamed while in the vision that every where I went people were making decrees and declarations over their lives as they were going about doing their daily day. One place I remember was as I going to this restaurant a young lady was giving her decrees and declaration , when I heard her in my spirit , I was drawn by the Spirit to see who she was that was making these decrees and declarations  , as I came into her presence and saw her she was a young lady making her decrees and declarations  , I heard myself saying , I needed to sow into her business. At another time these people were in the elevator with dogs making decrees and declaration , at another time a man was walking and making his decrees and declarations.  They were muttering their decrees and declarations as they were about their daily tasks.
