      Donna M. Tinch is the CEO and Founder of two wonderful, and powerful Holy Ghost- spirit led ministries: (1) Divine Connections International End Time Ministries, in the State of Virginia, established on August 28th, 1995, in Petersburg, Virginia; (2) United Training Ministries, in the State of Maryland, established on July 17, 2006.     Dr. Tinch was born in Washington, DC; she was raised and educated in the Maryland Public School System and attended local and state Colleges in the tri-states. 

     In the beginning of her spiritual foundational walk she received Christ as her Lord and Savior.  She was baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit at the Saving Station Holy Temple Church of Christ, under the Pastoral leadership of Bishop Joseph Weathers.

     Dr. Tinch, calling and commission continued as the LORD spoke to her on January 9th, 1984 at 5:00am,while studying the word of the  LORD she was caught  up in the heavens, she heard his audible voice saying to her “GO TELL MY PEOPLE, FOR THE TIME DRAWATH NIGH.”  Dr. Tinch believed and received  what God had spoken to her, she moved forward being obedient with faith and patience to inherit the promises of God for her call and commissions.

     Dr. Tinch has received numerous accolades, licenses and Ordinations from various ministries and secular organizations. Dr. Tinch has been and continues to be   educated through accredited Christian  and secular educational schools systems .Many anointed commissioned men and women of   have attributed  to and through her leadership and mentoring, preparation for Dr. Tinch to accept her calling into full-time ministry. She left governmental work in the year of 1995  to answer the call of full time ministry work.  She is licensed to counsel having excellent mentoring leadership skills and teaching credentials.  Dr. Tinch enjoys living, sharing and spreading the gospel and kingdom message worldwide. She is considered by her grandchildren a fun-loving grandmother.     Even though, Dr. Tinch has numerous accolades, etc.; she is by far one of the most down-to-earth Woman of God that exuberates a phenomenal source of Spiritual and secular Wisdom. Knowledge and understanding especially in (eschatology) the times of the end mysteries.
